I just got back from my belly dancing class, and I learned a new move! It’s called a belly roll, and I thought I’d practice so you can see it. Doesn’t it make my belly look like it’s doing a wave? You can see my tummy protrude and suck back in as I flex my stomach muscles. My tummy gets pushed way out and then right back in, and eventually I’ll be able to do it really fast. It’s really a good ab workout but I think I need a bit more practice.
